THE PRODUCTS

Two products. One account.

Train your people with the AI Awareness Course, and document your AI use with the governance platform. Buy either on its own.

PRODUCT 1 · AI AWARENESS COURSE

Train every employee with one secure link.

An interactive audiobook course (~35 min) in seven chapters: where AI shows up at work, checking its output, protecting information, human responsibility, prohibited and high-risk uses, transparency and what to do when something goes wrong. Employees work through illustrative situations and interactive exercises, then take a ten-question final check.

You see who completed it and when, and which roles may need extra training. Courses and platform are purchased separately in the same account.

PRODUCT 2 · AI GOVERNANCE PLATFORM

Your workspace for AI governance.

Build your baseline with SmartStart™, then keep register, policies, approvals and reports current — all in one place.

Mavenda workspace overview with readiness snapshot, workstream progress and priorities
AI REGISTER

Every AI use, with an owner and a purpose.

One register of the AI your company uses — supplier, department, owner, lifecycle and screening result. Start from 68 recognised product profiles, then record how you actually use each tool.

AI register listing each AI use with owner, lifecycle and screening status
GUIDED SCREENING

A rationale you can show, not just a label.

Each use is screened against the EU AI Act, question by question, with Article and Annex references. The reasoning, uncertainty and next action are recorded — provisional, and clearly marked as such.

Guided risk screening asking whether a use could involve a prohibited AI practice
POLICY STUDIO

Policies your leadership edits, approves and versions.

Policy drafts tailored to your company, with revision history and a record of who approved what and when. Export each policy as a branded PDF with version, owner and review date.

AI GOVERNANCE STATEMENT

A management statement for external conversations.

A two-page PDF on your letterhead: scope, governance position, AI use by risk category, controls in place, areas under remediation and a management signature block. Aggregate figures only — no internal to-do lists or staff names.

Example with sample data, not independent assurance or proof of compliance. Review the statement before sharing; the recipient determines what evidence they require.
