We started Mavenda Group after seeing the same problem again and again: new regulation keeps arriving, and companies have few good options for handling it. Most end up hiring consultants for work a well-built product can do faster, more consistently and at a fraction of the cost.

Others try to write it themselves — often by asking an AI chatbot for a policy. The result is usually generic text that does not match the regulation, the company's actual systems or what banks, customers and auditors expect to see. When a customer, lender or authority asks for evidence, a pasted answer is not enough.
